Some systems try to be a jack of all trades and an all in one solution for a particular law firm or practice group. Many systems keep rolling out hot new add-ons that leverage mobile devices such as iPhone, iPad, android devices, blackberry and more. They may offer client portals, document management systems and contact relationship management solutions. There are many systems out there and often you will need to look at what they offer, and whether it integrates with what your firm has already invested in.
